Friends of the Richmond Public Library

Hi Friends,
On behalf of the Friends’ Board of Directors, we thank you so much for being a Member. We’re pleased to invite you to our 2015 Annual Meeting scheduled for Wednesday, July 22, 2015 at 5:30pm to 7:00pm at the Richmond Public Library located at 101 E. Franklin Street in Downtown Richmond.

We hope you can come, as we are really excited about all that is happening at Richmond Public Library! This past year the Friends hosted very successful Book Sales and membership drives, which allowed us to sponsor and support wonderful Library programs such as our Richmond Writers Series events on First Fridays @ Main, concerts in Library Park, and the Summer Reading extravaganza. Join us on July 22nd, and find out how you can get more involved in this excitement!

During the meeting we will highlight some of the upcoming activities of the Friends, provide updates on new Library programs and building improvements, and elect new officers to the Board of Directors. Your vote counts, so come hang out with the Friends!

Refreshments will be provided. We’re looking to having the opportunity to know all of our Friends a bit better, so please join us for what promises to be a fun night at Main Library.
